BPM Festival 2021, Grône (VS) - Completely Mesmerized
A look back at the 2021 edition of the BPM Festivalin Grône, an event where Swiss percussion takes center stage, blending tradition with contemporary energy.
For this cover, we opted for a hybrid approach—both unobtrusive and immersive—to capture the diversity of the performances—both indoors and outdoors—without disrupting the flow of the live show. The work focused on ambient lighting (often complex) and movement, under conditions that were at times extremely low-light.
With marching bands, drum corps, behind-the-scenes moments, and a festive atmosphere in the audience, this series is a distillation of raw emotion and collective rhythm.
A living archive of a weekend where rhythm becomes language.
