As part of the renovation of the building in Villeneuve, we were commissioned to install a fully autonomous camera system to document the progress of the work over a period of nearly 10 months, from the camera’s installation through to the project’s completion.

This project is part of a technical and architectural collaboration with Project IQ, Pic Architecture, and the firm AW-AR Antonuccio-Wieland Architectes. The work primarily involved energy-efficient renovations to the building (insulation, windows and doors, balconies), while keeping the building fully occupied throughout the construction process.

The camera made it possible to:

  • continuous high-resolution recording

  • Creating time-lapse videos for archiving and communication

  • an online interface for viewing real-time updates

  • an interactive before-and-after comparison tool

This type of installation is particularly well-suited for construction sites in occupied areas, providing simple, effective, and non-intrusive visual tracking.
